“I did Choice in the Earth class. We made a big Magnetiles tower and I knocked it down by accident. It was fun,” reported Isaac. 

“On January 18, 2015, I went to a Santa Cruz Warriors basketball game.  I saw Michelle, Barbara, Jolene, and Denise, and my friend from kindergarten. The Warriors scored 100 points so everyone got a free scoop of ice cream. The Warriors won,” whispered Jahmai.

“Today at Friday Courses, I played a game of soccer. The other team won two to one. I would've tied the game, but just then there was a real lockdown and we had to end Friday Courses early,” explained Jayden.

Four days and counting! It seems that I’ve been barraging you with requests for artifacts and food items for our Heritage Faire on Wednesday, December 16, at the Learning Celebration, so I’ll just leave it at that!

Cuatro días y contando! Parece que te he estado barraging las solicitudes de artefactos y alimentos para nuestra Feria de Patrimonio el miércoles 16 de diciembre, en la Celebración de aprendizaje, así que voy a dejar las cosas así!

We have been working on our collaboration, delegating, and support skills by using the Habits of Mind and Heart while working together to build displays about 20 different countries! This week, the students will put on the finishing touches and share their displays with all the other students, in their multi age groups.

Hemos estado trabajando en nuestra colaboración, delegación, y las habilidades de apoyo mediante el uso de los hábitos de la mente y del corazón mientras se trabaja en conjunto para construir muestras sobre 20 países diferentes! Esta semana, los estudiantes poner en los toques finales y compartir sus pantallas con todos los otros estudiantes, en sus grupos de edades múltiples.

WE KNOW THAT GOING OUT AT NIGHT WITH CHILDREN CAN BE CHALLENGING, BUT IT WILL BE WORTH IT!  Please contact me, Claudia, Ayala or Angie if you would like help getting your family to the Learning Celebration. There are many people who want to support the participation of EVERY FAMILY.
